18 ~ Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law

Deprivation of of Rights Under Color of Law is when a “government” employee says that the law gives him the authority deprive you of your God-given rights. Everyone living in the real world knows that most police employees are not very smart. If an individual has to stoop to work for the “government” it's because they're retarded and can't get a job anywhere else. Most of the losers that apply for cop jobs were ostracized as youths and pursue enforcement as a way of fitting into a group and getting back at their peers.

Color of law -- The appearance or semblance, without the substance, of legal RIGHT. Misuse of power, possessed by virtue of state law and made possible only because wrongdoer is clothed with authority of state, is action taken under "color of state law." (Atkins v. Lanning, 415 F. Supp. 186, 188) Colorable --That which is in appearance only, and not in reality, what it purports to be, hence counterfeit, feigned, having the appearance of truth. (Windle v. Flinn, 251 P. 2d 136, 146)

Chances are, at some time in your life you have been deprived of at least one right under “color of law.” For me, that is one time too many. God, not government, gives your rights, and the constitution of our country says that it’s a crime to take away something that’s given by God. Hence we have the Title 42 U.S.C.S.: Ch. 21: Sec. 1983 Federal Law suit for the Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law. The form for it available to you in two forms on the CD.

Colors -- "A flag, ensign, or standard borne in an army or fleet." (Webster's 1971)

Color -- An appearance, semblance, or simulacrum, as distinguished from that which is real. A prima facie or apparent RIGHT. Hence, a deceptive appearance; a plausible, assumed exterior, concealing a lack or reality; a disguise or pretext. (Black's Law Dictionary, 6th Ed.)

Colorable alteration -- One which makes no real or substantial change, but is introduced only as a subterfuge or means of evading the patent or copyRIGHTS law. (Black's 6th).

Colorable imitation -- In the law of trademarks, this phrase denotes such a close or ingenious imitation as to be calculated to deceive ordinary persons. (Black's 6th).

Corporate franchisees that take pay in the form of FEDERAL RESERVE BANK notes don’t have any rights until they are off the clock. Handcuffs and police radios are not a God-given right they are a privilege. Like any privilege, when abused, they should be taken away.
