23 ~ Captured by a Foreign Flag!
Well
then, it looks like you've probably got yourself a pretty hefty
lawsuit against the perpetrator for kidnapping and holding you for a
ransom. That's treason buddy.
Whatever
you do, DON'T PANIC. Your recorder might still be rolling (especially
if it is on your chest, under your shirt.) Just look at it as a
little vacation from the rigors of the road. Have a laugh about it
because you know these guys are gonna get busted and if you follow
through with a suit, you will get paid.
Remember
you are not a corporation and even in jail you are still
sovereign and have free will. Tell them that you are
trained by your legal counsel and that you cannot volunteer for any
of their programs including giving away your personal property, such
as your money, your clothing, your photograph, your fingerprints (yes
those are your personal property too) Tell them that you are not
interested in disrobing and volunteering yourself into their jail
uniform. If they order you to do so tell them you are a Sovereign
American with the TITLE 4 FLAG not a corporate franchisee of
the State, that even in shackles you are free, not a slave, and that
if they want your stuff they are gonna have to steal it from you.
Do
not fight with them. Be polite but tell them that it is your
responsibility as an American to educate them on the law. Do not sign
anything voluntarily. Ask them "what is going to happen to me
if I don't." Usually they threaten you with not being
able to leave. If you want to get out, sign everything with the
phrase in quotes:
"UNDER
THREAT OF SLAVERY" UCC 1-207

Demand
a pencil and paper at the first opportunity and make note of
names, times, incidents, rights violations, and what overall has
transpired. If you can't get a pencil do it with ketchup on a
bag. If you are vegetarian, tell them you have a special religious
diet and that your religion is Vaishnava (Bhagavad-Gita Ch. 9 Txt.
26). If they give you meat, tell them it is unclean and not fit
to offer to the Lord. Demand access to a Law Library, Make note of
who denied your demands and what time it occurred.
Important
details to make note of:
If
your friends have cell phones, you will not be able to call them from
a jail phone. You should memorize at least one land-line phone number
that you can call if you are captured.
Here's
a tip! Usually a bail bond’sman will make a call or two on
your behalf because he wants your money.
