31 ~ Taking Kangaroos to Federal Court
Sue
the bastards if they damage you!
Public
servants are insured and or bonded so if you are damaged or your
rights are violated you should sue; It’s called a Title 42
Law Suit for the Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law.
An example of deprivation of rights under color of law is, when
you notice a policeman of your sovereignty and he arrests you just
because he is too stupid to respect you, or when a judge threatens
you with imprisonment if you don’t sign a contract.
Now,
kangaroos can be kinda mean, but as long as you keep 'em on a leash
and feed them plenty of dog food you can keep 'em under control.
You
are going to bring your immaculate record of the entire case with you
by a subpoena. The record is all that really matters at this point
because whether you appeal a decision or sue, the record is what the
higher courts look at to make their decision.
There
is a little book you can get at AMAZON.COM called SECTION 1983
in a nutshell. That's a pretty good place to start. Get
on the Internet and search with "title 42 sec 1983"
and get familiarized with how this works. And we have included
two forms for filing a Title 42 case on the CD.
It
is a good Idea to find a coach, someone who has already sued who can
walk you through the process. Do not hire an attorney. Ultimately
it's just another trial court under the TITLE 28 FEDERAL RULES OF
CIVIL PROCEDURE.
George
Gordon has a week-long class that is also available on audio CD that
tells you a lot of the tricks they might pull. You can get in touch
with him through his website: www.georgegordon.net. Publish your
results if you win.
Usually
if you file it right and the record is in your favor, the judge will
recommend that the STATE write you a check. Don't take their first
offer, your rights are worth a minimum of 3.2 million and you can
easily get half of what you are suing for. If your case gets
dismissed, don’t get discouraged, just petition for re-opening
with appropriate amendments.
Includes 3 new chapters:
- Right of Travel vs. Privelege to Drive
- Law of the Land vs. Law of the Sea
- A real life case of Kidnapping
